PASC was established in Q1 2022 with investment from TASC Group, has progressed through clean room, facility construction, equipment installation, and tooling equipment qualification. We are now entering the critical transition from pilot run to mass production.

PASC specializes in the manufacturing of silicon carbide (SiC) power devices, including Schottky barrier diodes as well as MOSFETs. We actively collaborate with SiC power device design companies, strengthening our capabilities in epitaxial and process development. By offering customized SiC wafer fabrication, we meet diverse customer needs across various applications.
