Conflict Minerals Policy

As a good corporate citizen, PASC fulfills its social responsibilities and respects human rights. It continues to pay attention to the issue of conflict minerals and is committed to conducting detailed investigations on the supply chain to ensure that tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), gold (Au) and other metal materials are not mined from mining areas controlled by armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and neighboring countries.

Therefore, PASC has formulated the following policies and is committed to:

    1. Do not purchase conflict metals produced in conflict areas.
    2. Require suppliers to refuse the use of conflict metals from conflict areas and issue a letter of commitment.
    3. Suppliers are required to communicate this requirement to their upstream suppliers.
