Identification
PASC aims to achieve sustainable development and attaches great importance to corporate social responsibility (CSR). PASC identifies stakeholders in terms of how they affect PASC, and how they are affected by PASC; stakeholders are divided into the following broad categories: employees, customers, investors, suppliers, government agencies and banks.
Communication
In order to develop a better understanding of stakeholders’ views, PASC engages in communication with stakeholders on both a periodic and occasional basis in regard to issues of key concern to stakeholders, using different communication methods for different types of stakeholders, with the aim of achieving ongoing improvement and of realizing the goal of building mutual trust.
SHAREHOLDER /INVESTORS
Communication Methods
- The annual general meeting of shareholders is held in late June every year.
- An annual report is released in Chinese-language versions for the benefit of investors.
- Important financial information is disclosed promptly on the Market Observation Post System (MOPS) and on PASC’s public website.
- Major decisions made by the Board of Directors, important company news and business results summary reports etc. are disclosed on a regular basis.
- PASC has established a contact window for its company spokesperson, to be able to respond promptly to investor’s queries.
- PASC has established a dedicated investor services e-mail address, to provide a channel for direct communication with investors.

Communication Methods
- Communication and exchange through various type of meetings, including labor-management meetings, welfare committee meetings, occupational safety committee meetings and operational management meetings , etc.

- Establishment of a dedicated e-mail address for the submission of employee complaints.
